Clients must provide clear access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays caused by locked doors or unnotified changes may result in rescheduling fees or incomplete service.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the size and condition of the space, service frequency, and custom requirements. Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Provide access to water, electricity, and working restrooms

Inform us in advance of any special instructions, hazards, or property limitations

7. Limitations of Liability

Pre-existing damage or deterioration

Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable

Delays or service interruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, access issues)

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to unsafe conditions, repeated rescheduling, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.
